There is a great vidio on HR an in depth interview with the UIM pres, a must listen to,  This is the type of thing WE as the NBRA  should take heart to and plan out,  all great things take alot of time and planning, so at this upcoming meetig I would like all that are there and planning to attend, to think of ways that we can grow and evolve, Vernon   has laid some stepping stones to this feat, and now it is up to all of us to start laying the pavement down to the road to growth and success,
