As I understand there will be straight -a-way records runs. How is this going to be run? Does it have a separate entry fee? On what day will it be run? How many times can you go thru? How do you decide who runs when? What is the first day we can test at Garnett. Just a few thing to think about.

This is going to be a fun weekend, I think we should have a good turn out.

Thanks

I heard that Thursday and Friday were to be for testing and timed straightaways.

Test untill there is a group wanting to time runs... then halt testing untill that group has run... and open back up for testing when their runs are complete, untill another group is ready for timed runs.

I think I read somewhere $15-$20 per run. (Through the traps once each way)

think that is what they are planning.

I think a lot of boats will want to run the 1/4 mile trap so not sure how much test time there will be.

I hope they don't charge that much for a run on the straight-a-way course. I would think $10.00 a run would be enough or something like $50.00 for all day. You could have a list and everybody would run when your name came up. I would give a racer 1 minute to get on the course and if he couldn't get out the next guy on the list would come out and he would have to wait for the next round to try it again. This would keep the program moving.

The info has  been sent out just not posted yet .    Thur - Friday --When Ambulance arrives roughly 10:00 am course will open for testing or records when enough people sign up we'll shut down the course for records . Then resume testing .  Must sign up before testing . Cost to make a two direction pass is $15  for one or $20 for two runs,,,  A speed attempt must be made in both directions without leaving the course . Both times are averaged for a record . :) I'm working double time to get this set up properly .  Sill awaiting the delivery of the system .   Today or tomorrow .Went to the lake sunday ,,,  wait til you see this beauty  shade everywhere , lots of room .   I'll post pix later . Get ready for THE BIG BAD RACE !!!!!
