NATIONAL BOAT RACING ASSOCIATION

First and foremost -- a big thanks to all the teams and drivers for helping make this event possible .   Thanks to Jack for keeping things going on a competative pace .  The Judges stand was great at keeping up with the races and scoreing . The entire group was on their best behavior . I had countless reports that the show was awesome from the locals . We left the pits in pristine condition except for a mangled trailer fender i found under a tree .  No comment .   The auction was a huge success almost  $ 650.00 , wow ---- Thank you all for chipping in and being so generous .  The highlight of the auction was a etched mirror from Manco Windows -- beautiful --- went to the Talley Race team . Thanks again Jim and Steve . Auctions are great fun for any race .   Please leave some feed back on the race , lake and town . Maybe some suggestions on more activities and fund raisers .  Big apology to Jack and the hired top gun driver Mark for not looking to my inside where i thought no one would dare to thread a boat . Bouy kinda dampened the forward motion . Sorry   !!!  I was getting alittle pressure from the outside .

The Saturday event had a special contribution from a racer we all  know Rick Miller, he put up $300.00 for the 3 largest classes  $100.00 to each class .. The winners were CSH Matt Johnson $100.00 -- DH  Tie - Kevin McAfee $50.00  Vernon Barfield  $50.00 and SUPER E  - Tie   Burt Hoef  $50.00 and Richard Bays   $50.00 ----- Big Congratts to you guys

I can truely say that i have been there too and it's spooky lined up with a double barrell hippity hopp  running 70 + with no brakes and no  room ... Glad you weren't hurt...  Oh yea that thing is running , seemed faster the second day ,  Man that was fun running with ya , did we have Jack on the edge of his seat , and maybe a few spectators ???  My right arm is really sore today ,   Super glad to see my Man Jeff Lake Racing again ... He's Back

Acually, I thought it safer to try the inside, considering the previous heat you took me on a real estate tour of the Lily Pads. How much are those lakefront lots?

Centralia coming up , we'll have a lott more elbow room to race there. Rick miller should be there also .
